The first ones are covered by the stock heatsink, the one directly above the CPU. The second mosfets are to the right of the CPU, they are actually surrounded by a rectangle with the letters Heatsink next to it. The Deluxe has the stock heatsink/pipe covering this area as well.

I'd say you're good with only one TR mosfet heatsink covering only those... check thermalright.com for your mobo info... they tell you which to use over there (they have 2 diff mosfet heatsinks).

If I were to remove the stock heatpipe to cool both mosfet banks with thermalright HS's then I would definately add 2 x thermalright chipset HS's as well, for good looks
