No, 3.8GHz since that's what his screenshot is showing, not 3.6GHz.

1.392V for 3.8GHz just seems high for a very low VID Q6600. At 1.4GHz I would expect 3.9GHz if the yield is on par with the VID.

But you said

You have a very low VID Q6600 so I would say you could do it (3800) at 1.30V or less.

Ive not seen any 3.8Ghz under 1.3v without chiller/subzero.
