using 1.1v is cheating. Did you add that yourself, or did XFX actually do this for their lowest end card?

He's saying he modified both bios to 1.1v and the XFX bios still gave him better OC.

but with the XFX bios i used here, with the 1.1v mod, my card works great at 756/1890
