After about 25 reboots and changing 1 setting / reboot I´m good to go again.
Im still on 0902 but it seems to work now.

RAM: 600Mhz (1200mhz ddr) CL 5-5-4-5-2-25 @ 2.15v

Hints: After the bios update I went into the bios. Told it to set default. Then i changed the strap to 400 -reboot-. 2nd change was mem ratio to 3:4 -reboot- Then i started playing with fsb and.
