QX9770, 25L ln2 in Bangkok Come and SEE...

Currently I’m in Thailand, Phuket to be more precise. My woman and I have been saving up for almost 8 months now, what a wonderful place. The people of Thailand are to king and I have not been any place in the world and experience kindness like here. It is simply amazing. Well back to topic and enough with all the praising
About 3 months ago I started writing over msn with Zolkorn from OverclockZone.Com He accualy invited me to come to Bangkok and overclock with him and his team. It tog some time to convince my woman, but it was quite easy I must say.
So we coordinated it and ordered air tickets, everything went smooth and arrived here in Bangkok at around 10.25 Friday morning.
First I was given access to a lot of OverclockZone.Comīs hardware. We went and bougth Celly so I could try and get in the competition the Overclock3D & Komplett's "Best Overclocker" Competition. Rules changed a few days before I left for vacation so Denmark was allowed to enter. I REALLY wanted to, and I think I achieved a great result. But more info in a few days, still a few days left of the deadline.
Later that night after a WOUNDERFULL evening on a Thai restaurant, I must say they treat you like a king down here. They always “Steal” your glass and refill it for you.
Damm, once more off topic, Tee (Tawat owner of OverclockZone.Com) came by, he brought a few QX9770, 2 x Phenom and a lot of hardware for ZolKorn to review.

I knew what I wanted to do, sleep was not an option, and with 18 L of Ln2 left, sleep was NOT important

He arrived direct from a weeding and we spent almost 2 hours speaking about hardware, Gigabyte and a lot of other interesting things.
When he left we went trait to the Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6, mounted a random QX9770, k|ngp|n Dragon EVO 2.3 Cpu pot.
A lot of Vaseline was applied and powered up. But no boot, so we had to Flash to f7b bios that supports Yorksfield. We were also rid of any unfortunate coolbug problems, I believe it is because of the Motherboard, because we could boot at ALL temps, just not below – 147 C.
Nothing much to say, well we spent almost 2― hours with bad SuperPi timmings, Issue was that we had not installed ATI Display driver

    Setup system :
    Intel QX9770 ES
    Gigabyte GA-P35-DQ6
    G.Skill F2-8000PHU2-2GBHZ
    Thermaltake 1200 Watt ThoughPower
    ATI Radeon 7000 PCI.
k|ngp|n Dragon EVO 2.3 Cpu pot.

    2. Fastest Yorksfield Validation in the world.

    SuperPi 1.5 Mod 1M = 8.297 sek

The 6. Fastest Time in the world.

We ran out of Ln2, so decided to go for SS shot of 6000 Mhz, in the hunt for 6000 Mhz on Yorksfield, only 58.45 Mhz more and it would have been ours 

After the nights bench session we are all very happy

Thx alot for your time, we hope you enjoyed the small article here from Bangkok.
