That's one hell of a motherboard... Do try dual channel RAM, please, to check if it's just single-channel derived
Btw, care to bench both before and after the OC, just to see how much the IGP benefits from the increased memory speed? I'm guessing OC doesn't alter the core speed, though, and that in fact would explain the stability...
