    Gigabyte P35-DS3 rev.1.0 Cold Bug when overclocking

    i have strange problem with this Gigabyte P35-DS3. when is all on defaults its ok, when overclock (example from default 200FSB to 266), i having problem with cold boot (reboot issue when is starting comp)

    Bios is F4, with F6 is same thing. C1E, TM2 and EIST are turned of in bios.

    comp:
    E2160
    Gigabyte P35-DS3 rev. 1.0
    2x1024 Kongmax DDR800
    Ati HD2600XT
    Fortron 400W

    My friend have same board with E6750 and dont have cold bug.... is this just with Intel E21XX series of cpu?
