    8800GT 512MB - 8800GTS 640MB (new ver.) - 8800GTX 768MB - 8800GTX Ultra 768MB

    8800GTS 320MB gets dropped.

    So my guess is the 8800GT is about the same speed as a 320MB and the new 640MB should be maybe 5-10% faster than the current one. If you can wait till Nov 12th, then you'll know for sure how things turn out. That or wait till Jan/Feb '08 for the Geforce 9 series to come out.
