Powerchip ICS hate TRCD =3, and low TRAS. Eg. max on tras ~ 12 max is about ~ 440 MHz. Powerchip ICS always need tras 13/14/15 to overclock well.
Their sweetpoint is ~2.4v (about 2.36v real). And they are able to work on such voltages, and shall not die

I forgot to give PC8000 CL4 screen and it is reformed now :P
