I've not tested it yet, but I'd assume so.

so M0 is better overclocking than L2, am I right here?

it should be yes, but i've 2 M0 revision and they can't scale as high as my L2 one
so a good chip does matter here, no matter what revision they are

the only good from M0 is it a lot of cooler than the B2 rev
