Got her up and running. It was deff. the PSU causing the problem. Im now the owner of a Silverstone 850W mod. PSU.

just goes to show you that even one of the best in the industry have PSU's that go bad...i hear one to many posters, who can't face the music, say it CAN'T be my PCP&C power supply because it is "the" best one made in the industry!
