Ok, I'm a long time lurker that got back into watercooling after a pretty long time on air. (In those early days the blocks were made of steel and the new cool things was radiators, most people used a PBB (Pretty Big Bucket) instead of a radiator)
Yesterday i got my package that included a Fuzion, PA120.3, a res and a Laing D5 vario.
I assembled the stuff, filled the loop and all was good for leak testing. Then i started the pump and it spinned as expected, there was a nice flow in the res so it seemed ok .. for a while that is. After 3-5 minutes it just stopped, no strange sound or anything. I cut the power and switched it on again and it started again, this time for about 2 seconds then it died again. After that it's totally dead, no amount of tapping get it starting.
I have opened it and the rotator is not stuck or obstructed in any way i can see or feel. The only thing i can think of is that it was loose in it's box on delivery and may have got damaged by "careful" deliverygoons.
Are there anyone that has experienced anything similar and have a solution or am i getting a ticket for RMA train to boredom?![]()
