I will not go into why there is no advertisements from mobo maker's side.
I am not predicting the future. I am saying to date there is no platform to run Barcelona outside of AMDs reference boards.

AMD's main selling point keeps changing:
> First
Superiority over Intel's quad (They have back off this point)
> Then
Superiority over Opteron dual core (2GHz QC vs. 3GHz QC superiority really depends on the app)
> Then
Performance per watt (This didn't work AMD 1.9GHz @ 65W vs. Intel 2GHz @ 50W)
> Now
Backwards compatible simple BIOS upgrade (the simple BIOS upgrade is not so simple)

I am positive there are people on this board with access to a Barcelona CPU, it's not the NDA that's preventing the benchmarks.
