Nice, Thanks all, I am pretty sure any chip will do 3.2-3.6 stable especially those with 9-10x
Later I did 266fsb BSEL mod, it is the same as for 4300 but it only helped on Asrock Conroe1333 MB since it has a very limited oc options - only FSB/PCI-E frequency change and a slight bump to chipset/ddr2 voltage. That's it. And FSB is tied to pci-e frequency, so BSEL mod is needed to start pcie=100 at 266fsb
