Well......not quite......but pretty bad.

The upside: I can never feed too much voltage to the CPU. The BIOS tops at 1.6v and the most I can get from that is about 1.55v actual, which drops another 0.005v or 0.01v under load.

The downside: I may actually never know how high this E6420 will go.

The downside Part Deux: The NB max volts in the BIOS are limited to 1.4v, which also denies Max OC attempts.
The highest I've gotten into Windows on with this Mobo is 3580Mhz.
i think if you need over 1,5v to get 3,6ghz than you will anyway find the chip limit very soon.
i can boot super pi stable 1,375 (set in bios) actual around 1,35v @ 3,6ghz
