Core#0: 82 C
Core#1: 82 C
Core#2: 80 C
Core#3: 80 C

Today is a pretty hot day so my room temp is at 28 C. I just want to know if these temp are too high for everyday use (game, watch / encode movies, etc).

Thanks
What voltage?

Firstly 82C is a bit high for everyday use, but the good news is that very few everyday programs come close to the heat levels of low fft Prime95.

Is your room normally this hot? I develop 2 overclocks - a balls to the wall one for winter, and a milder one for summer.

Just for reference, my Ultra-120 Extreme on a Q6600 at 1.5250v BIOS, damper on, puts out 75C coretemp Prime95 8k small fft at about 1.48v real, at 22C room temp. With two mild fans in push-pull. Phew.
