Yes that is the one I shaded on my P5B. The reason I highlighted the picture is because excluding that part the rest of the motherboard's transister positions are different, however the 4th lead from the vreg chip is the one that controls the vroop apparentally on all p5b boards since it worked very well on mine.
Cool -I just wanted to make sure, no one really showed the location on the board from far away. Plus mine are in a different location. I appreciate the help!!
