Vigor Monsoon II with TEC not good enough?

Not sure if this topic has been beatten to death, but here it goes anyway:

Hmm, this is going to be a repost, sort of, of a thread I started in the air cooling forum. Anyway, I am building an X6800 system, and I picked up a Monsoon II to try it out. Thought, sure, maybe it won't work so great, but I have never used em before...Just curious, but whats your take on the TEC cooling solutions vesus, say, the Tuniq setup which everyone seems to be in love with? Thanks in advance!
