Stuck with VERY low FSB @ DFI LAN Party UT nForce 4 Expert DR

Hey there,
well, my opteron is supposed to arrive tomorrow. Since he's got a very low multiplicator I'm going to need a high fsb on my DFI LAN Party UT nForce 4 Expert DR.

Well I tried to get a stable 300 FSB with my AMD 4000+ Sandy. I lowered the multi. down to 8, set the FSB to 300, set the memory divider to 2:3 so that the memory runs exactly at 200 mhz and the cpu at 2400 Mhz. Of course I lowered down that LTD multiplier to 3.No way, even with 1.65 vChipset. It doesnt even come to that place where the windows logo is displayed at booting. The memory timings are set to auto.

What can I do now? I found an article running that board at 300 FSB without increasing any voltages and up to 425!
