Dude if they sell a board with options to overclock and make money marketing it to the oc community the board unmodded ofcourse should atleast be able to handle a resonable oc without loosing ramslots onboard lan or dying no ?

missed the modded part but its not the only board that has had problems ofcourse its deffective by design if some of the settings they put in spec
makes the board lose lan , ramslots or even burn .....
if it works for 99% perhaps its only 1% that use the settings that cause the problems thats not any kind of evidence that the board is not faulty but i see your point.

i guess im a little frustrated =(

if you read the post his wi-fi, (the one with the pic) is "fully modded". no rma on modded boards if you mod a board and it dies that is not asus's fault. as for a class action suite (the term you were looking for) if the board works at stock settings for 99 percent of the people then it isn't defective by design.

i've seen other people try to rma boards that they broke ocing too, wtf. be an adult and accept that you broke it, it was never defective.

btw i oc my p5b-d's so i'm not saying anything against ocing or modding just that people need to accept responsibility for their actions.
