After killing my mobo on sunday (vcore mod went bad) i got a new one yesterday and the fsb wall was still 423 no mater what voltage (tried VMCH all the way up to 1.9V) i got another retail e6600 week 24 today which does no problem 440fsb..
So i think ppl that are hitting a wall with fsb its the cpu thats holding u back not the mobo...
well thats just my 2cents...so dont hit me 
here is the new cpu doing really well for a retail me thinks 
Vcore:1.65V
VMCH: 1.75V
Vfsb 1.5V
