Retail (Newegg) 6800 gets SMOKED (good way)

it might sound like a stupid idea, but...

what if i put my phase on the P5W CHIPSET, and used high end air for the CPU? do you think itd get the same/better than phase on CPU and stock chipset solution?

Now that's just stupid, use some quality W/C for chipset and the SS on CPU.
The northbridge can get pretty hot but not like the CPU.
