I could get this overclock on water and ditch my TEC. BUT, I don't wanna ditch my TEC.

I think I'm gonna get an FX-60 and sell my 4400. Do the FX-60s overclock any better than their counterparts?
I have a 4400 X2 and now a FX-60 and i cant get 3Gigs stable with it on the first core 0. I have to run 245x12 2940Mhz to get prime95 runing. Sucks! Even on great water cooling and temps lower then 40C on load.
