It´s not a good thing, you´ll prolly lose some performance and some things will not run but it should make your cpu more stable. I found this thing when i first switched from Ultra-D to Expert and it couldn´t run prime at the clock it used to run with Ultra-D. I tried everything with Expert but no matter what i did it still failed instantly on Expert. But after changing that setting it primed like it did on Ultra-D. Just so you´d know i ran 2,8GHz 1,375v on Ultra 12 hours prime, on Expert it needs at least 1,425v for 2,8ghz.
