    try to see if u can get the tubes going up to be flat. I can see you are really good at brazing so it shouldnt be much of an issue for you to reshape hte copper and solder it up.

    Flatter tubes will give greater heat transfer as welll as reducing airflow resistance which will reduce the fan noise.

    another thing you can do is to use THIN copper vains instead of the thick aluminum plates like u used last time.

    The combination of these two things along with the daul flow tubes you created should give a good 5C drop in temps over the rev1 setup. this is a 5C+ drop in water temp not core temp.


    EDIT: also try using THINNER walled copper tubing. it will transfer the heat better than the copper tubing u ahve now. the thicker tubing spreads the heat out through the walls of the tubing FIRST before it will start to transfer this heat into the air through the fins. so if you can get thinner wallled ones it will be easier to reshape them and it will perform better due to it just being thinner.
