Here is the XS unofficial 3DMark05 and 3DMark03 SLI top ten list.

The official Futuremark Hall of Fame

A bit of news, Wednesday, April 20

The Forceware 66.93 drivers have been re-reviewed and discussed with NVIDIA based on the drivers' application detection mechanism with SLI configurations and application profiles for 3DMark. It has been mutually decided that their approval will be canceled. Forceware 71.89 drivers are recommended for all 3DMark testing on SLI configurations

Give a legit link, and I will update the list.

    Some guidelines:
    1. Post the link to your result
    2. What brand, type and clocks of your video cards
    3. Your processor and clock rate
    4. Your cooling method (optional)

If it is all in your sig, then no need to post the details.

    Let's see those scores!

I will update the list every evening. More often when I get a chance.

Great thread my friend... I appreciate it. I'm going to shoot for a higher number soon.

By the way, my nick is GRAFiZ, not GFRAFiZ. Hate to complain though.

    Thanks!

Actually, I should have known just by looking at the clocking. Edited. Hmmm. Going to have to keep a copy of the list on my desktop. Easier to edit. Less chance of mistakes than the little editing screen.

Finally... I broke 10K. It's odd, it seems like 3dMark2005 has no problem running up to 9.5K or so, but getting it past 10K is hard.

    Anyhow:

Sorry to keep changing my scores, I'm still trying to figure out how these A64 machines work. Hope I can still improve.

    Thanks again!

    Nice scores, guys! List updated.

The MSI K8N Diamond is in and running. Time to do some benches

    Quick take:

The MSI K8N-SLI PCI-E slots are really tight, especially compared to the ASUS A8N-SLI. I can't imagine two stock HSF Ultra's breating in here. The top card would not get very much air flow.

The northbridge fan is a lot quieter on the MSI. The ASUS sounds like you have a 15,000 RPM SCSI drive running in your system.

The MSI would not boot dual channel without flashing to the 1.1 beta BIOS first (dated 1/14/05).

EDIT: As I thought, the MSI was able to get me past 11K (11049) in 05 and 24K in 03!

    Run 290 FSB, 1T, 9X multi

    SLI - SMELL ALL EYE

Lardarse still holds the top SLI spot IMO, even if it isnt up there anymore.

But you guys have some nice scores and I *might* be a tad jealous, maybe.

Only problem is this list is gonna change faster than Britney Spear's husband.

I agree, Shimano is the king. I wish they had preserved the previous results. I really wanted to analyze those results.

I have to say, this MSI board is impressive. I am running a 9x multi and 2.7 GHz, so 300 FSB on the memory, 1T, 2.5-4-3-10. All I can say is, wow!

Bumped the video clocks to 490/1260 (according to Coolbits).

GRAFiz, your score has been updated!

Thanks for the kudos. Lists always seem to spark a little friendly competition. And, it's nice to see what others are doing to get their scores up every little bit. I found my best trick is to take your memory as high as possible. FSB is key. CPU makes less of a difference on 05 than any other bench. So, I get my RAM to 300 FSB, the mem transfers over 8000 Mb/s, then run the benches. Seems to work well. So, if you have an FX-55, for instance, it is better to run at 300x9 than 270x10 or 245x11 which are all basically equal the same CPU clock. But, pretty much everyone here at XS knows that

As for my system, I am use Innovatek watercooling. Nothing fancy, but it is effective.

Looks like I lucked out on the video cards. They are clocking very well. And, the MSI Diamond is turning out to be a very good board. I bought it as an interim until the DFI arrived to market, but the MSI might be a keeper.
