Damn. Tried to get the money together today but couldn't do it. Today was the last day I could do it as I go into the hospital tomorrow for fusion surgery.
RIP Dad. I will miss you always.

Anyone know who has the MCW6002-P in stock??? This is annoying.

You mean the MCW6002-PX (for Xeon 603/604)? You can get them direct from Swiftech:

    http://www.swiftnets.com/store/default.asp

Might be cheaper online if you can find a store with them in stock, though

EDIT: Sidewinder has them in stock: http://www.sidewindercomputers.com/swmcforinxep.html

Getting parts directly from swiftech is kind of slow...

    Quote from there online store...
Heatsinks, liquid cooling items and barebones may take up to 2 weeks to ship out: as manufacturer, we maintain our online store for customers who do not have access to a local Swiftech distributor, but we cannot provide the quick turnaround typically featured by retailers and distributors.
and you will want the PX... not the P.

Not a problem! You were out to be helpful so it's ok... I don't think you set out to gain from it personally

Jeff -- when should we expect our Xeon orders to arrive? Looking at MB/HSF purchases etc. and wondering when I should plan on getting those here.

I'm ordering them on Saturday... assume I'll get them on Thursday... I'll test them to 2.8GHz-3.0GHz on Friday(think I'm taking this day off btw )... and I should get them out the door Friday or Saturday. Maybe figure about 2 weeks from today(Wednesday), give or take a day.

    The order has been placed.
If there was anyone who was going to PayPal the money tonight... PM & PayPal me ASAP and I'll see if I can add it to the order. PayPal is jeff at adventurevision dot com. (If I can't, then I will refund the PayPal payment.)

Ok, Gabriel(the eBay guy) wrote me last night and said that we can order more chips anytime we want. I know there were a couple overseas people who didn't have(or want) PayPal accounts so I'm thinking that we could put another order in in a few weeks time. That should give them enough time to get a postal money order(or cash) to me.

I also know there were a couple people in the US who just couldn't get the money together in time so this would give them a few more weeks to try and scrape together enough.

So... who's interested in us placing another order? This time around I'm not going to be able to float the shipping costs for people so it's going to be $99+$3.85(Priority Mail) for those paying via postal money order. And it wil be $3.50 more for those paying via PayPal(PM me for the exact reason, but I'm sure you can guess why).

So is it still worth it for $106.35? I noticed these chips are regularly getting more than their opening $99 bid now so I still think it's worth it for us. And please remember that this is being done as a favor to us and you should only take advantage of this offer if you are part of XS.org and in particular part of the D2OL team. Gabriel is being Xtremely nice with this offer and I don't want him to think we are taking advantage of him.
