Well, I just tried it and fried the mobo @ 2.5v

I shut down and checked the burn spot. I tried to fire back up without booster and it is dead. I reinstalled the booster and the mobo fired back up again.

I am now running 3.0v to my DDR with booster installed. My motherboard will not fire up without booster.

I also did the core mod. Time for some sub zero

New bios seems better for OC

ADDED: Up to 3.3v now and will try more after next run

I know it´s a very old Thread, but is there any way to fix a DFI-855GME damaged by a ocz booster?

Maybe to change a part or solder burned traces?!
