Yeah 6950 Toxic is pretty nice: http://www.overclock.net/amd-ati/110...toxic-2gb.html Though the Twin Frozr III does have good cooling as well it is also unlockable, some say the stock cooling for the Toxic is pretty loud but that wont matter if you're going to replace it at that point I would go for one that is compatible with that 3rd party cooling (water/air etc..). But overall I would go with the one that fits your preference since they're both on par.

Thats what pby5cat mentioned earlier about how the Toxic 6950 is also compatible with some non-reference water blocks. There are only a handful of non-reference pcbs that are compatible or that they make a custom block for, usually the more popular ones such as the Toxic and the PCS++, you can also look at EK's Cooling Configurator http://www.coolingconfigurator.com/step1 to see if theres a brand/model you'd like that is compatible. Most water block makers only go for reference ones though as there are many varieties when it comes to custom pcb/non-reference and when they do it is usually one of the popular brands.

Though if I were in your situation and I want to go water then i would go ahead with the Toxic, but if you're going to stick with air then the MSI's cooling is better.

All good cards, go with the best warranty and overclock it immensely if you're not going to bios indulge.

    MSI III looks amazing though!
