[error] no start tag in scheduler reply

I am trying to start up some GPU's and I keep getting the same error on 4 different rigs? How do I fix this?

Click the button for "no new tasks" and then hit the "update."

If that works, once you allow new tasks it should continue to work.

The other suggestion I found is to restart the client.

24 hour prime stable? Please, I'm 24/7/365 WCG stable!

So you can do Furmark, Can you Grid???

From a few searches it looks like a communication / network problem. That explains why it is more than one machine. If all machines are able to ping a internet host then I would reboot and try the update again.

Hmmm...The PC's are at work. WCG no problem, F@H no problem, GPUGRID...BIG PROBLEM....Does anyone know the IP Addy of the GPUGRID server? Is it using Port 1080? anything else?

I recommended the reboot to clear out any DNS cache or network "dust bunnies".
