True true but there's really no harm in it I thinks.
Gives people the idea if they can run the latest gen games or not with there hardware.
Though a when the final does come out the results from the beta go out the window.
I personally don't much care for tessellation with it's current implementation on nvidia card's, to blocky.
But then it's nice in some ways to have it blur things like it would in real life...
Still, not a feature I would scream for.
It's used on games to sim' eye focus and heat haze, stuff like that.
You see it accure in for example, bad company 2 in dx 10/11? mode.
I like it, but I don't like the resolution of it, seems like either 4, 8 or 16 pixal accuracy or something.
Blocky I mean.
It's something I'de like to see improved apon in the future.
Along with nvidia raw triangle rendering offset bugs..
That and if amd/ati fixed there driver mip bais setting(registry) it would be a perfect world..., or maybe the end of the world, one of the 2...![]()

Ahh peer pressure...
Don't tempt me lol, I've been without for 3 whole days.
you repeat over and over again that crytek doesn't have any problem with these things, but how do you know?
if smth made it to the internet it's impossible to stop, so that's probably the reason they don't even bother wasting time and money trying to stop smth that actually can't be stopped.
this doesn't make the whole thing any better, you know.
just because a lot of people/sites/whatever freely talk/write about the content of the leak doesn't make it rightful.
i pointed that out quite a few times already, but you seem to be pretty good at ignoring it.

I dont care about the trolls, i enjoy shoving them back in to the hole with my right foot.
Crytek said and i quote "While we are deeply disappointed..".

Saying im disappointed, doesnt mean a whole lot in the legal sense.

Asus Laptop
I imagine EA/Crytek are more than happy for all the free publicity this is generating them, all things considered.
But I guess we'll see. Who knows, maybe they'll start sending out C&Ds soon.

Personally, I don't really care if the site is using a pirated copy. Data is data, and by viewing their website (does not clicking on their ads generate revenue?) I don't think I'm promoting their behaviour unless I click on an ad.
