Running a biocide ( Cu ) along side with a silver coil, in a distilled loop wouldn't have any negative harms, would it? Apart from 99.999-% of bacteria's gone right?

Well I already got them :P an extra 10$ didn't really hurt, considering how much my loop was already. So theres no harm in running them like so?

No there is no harm running them both but once the silver kicks in you wont need the biocide.

Add the silver then 1 drop of biocide that all you will need. once the biocide has done its job the silver will carry on working.

Why do I always find someone that keeps stokin' the fire.

Ours is a small community and this does not sound professional from a business owner.

Joel GUIDRY (joelguidry@msn.com) aka scum bag owner of RRR who thinks he's clever when in fact he's nothing but a self opinionated freak who thinks he's some sort of god when in fact he's a low life germ.

Just because i run a business doesn't mean I have to put up with some small minded idiot who doesn't under stand there is such things as costumes. Then when I said I would give him a refund because his goods didn't turn up, but couldn't do it immediately !!! like he demanded, he then called me a rip off artist when in fact all he had to do was wait a few days till my pc was set up in my new home. He would have found it hard to open the bottles any way as they have child safety caps fitted.

So his "formites" then boost his ego and jump on the band wagon like the lost sheep they are join in ripping me a new one and when I tried to respond of which he banned me (and deleted my post) because obversely he doesn't like the truth as it may make him look bad ... Hmm you wonder why ...

Oh and if you dont like it then tough luck because RRR is not a technology web site but a self boasting egotistical maniac web site.

Every one in the business knows it just no one ever says it .. but i am not every one ..

My point was that running a business requires a thick skin because there will be good and bad customers. A successful business ultimately is defined by customer service where "the customer is always right" no matter the situation and requires pride to be swallowed at certain times.

Ok I take it you never worked full service sales.

Sometimes you have to fire customers because the just not worth it...

I wasn't around when everything happened but I went looking at all the different wc fourms and if collectively there's a bigger bunch of asshats then RRR. I haven't seen it.

BrokenArrow: problem is that it's not just pride that should be swallowed, but financial losses sometimes aswell. If someone operates at small scale it can sometimes be overly expensive to give by the book customer service of successful business with "customer always right" as some bad sheeps among customers can cost a lot for small business.

I use a few drops of sodium hypochlorite (bleach). Very cheap, relatively non-toxic to humans at that low of a concentration, and very effective, and did I mention cheap.

Bleech is not the best thing to put in a water cooling system mate. it erodes seals.

As for taking bad customers i dont mind. Out right lying ass holes i dont like.

Oh and i do support my customer and None customer 100% and all ways will do.

This is a good point but, really, it's okay to take things personally just so long as nobody knows/realizes it--you learn to control it... so that you only scream obscenities at the phone after the conversation has ended and you've hung up.

Generally, however, it is a good idea to avoid publicly alienating potential customers.

A successful business ultimately is defined by customer service where "the customer is always right" no matter the situation
In my eyes this idea is and always has been of load of BS and likely acts to enable a lot of dishonest people.

To me, the hallmark of good customer service is the ability to calmly reason with people, even the irrationally irate, and find an agreeable middle-of-the-road solution for whatever the problem happens to be. Nobody is right by default. Obviously, if you, as the seller, made a mistake, then you need to figure out what it was, accept it, determine how to avoid it in the future, and do your best to make amends. The positive reputation that can be built through this hands-on and rather personal approach can go a long way toward mitigating any damage caused by the occasional nut who's out to burn you.
