Just a quick one with the turbo v and the r3e board - were you able to adjust and set the pci-e frequency in windows or did you have to do it via the bios?

I imagine he was using ROG Connect.

My 4890 crashes if I take it over 116 PCI-E. I'll have to try my 5450, 5850, or 465 next time. I need to get a PCI video card...

Most times the pci-e boot frequency was 115Mhz through bios .
This value was perfect for up to 248BCLK .
For higher BCLK i had to use turbo-v for adjusting voltages and frequencies in windows .

No , i don't use rog-connect . Asus made a decision not to sell the oc-panel and i don't have a laptop of a mobile phone that supports rog connect .

Sorry to hear about that. What is needed on the laptop? I'm using my EeePC with mine using the USB. As far as I know, the Bluetooth connection still doesn't work...

    thanks.

did you just leave it at 115?
were you able to change the value of the pci-e in turbo-v without resetting the board?

Turbo-v has a lot of issues at high BLCK , but i didn't have any issues with resseting the board .
I was using one gtx480 vga . It would be possible that your card can't handle the high pciex clocks .
