Note: For all customers wondering how we are handling the replacement policy of the FC5 Version 1, if your unit suffers any defects UNRELATED to the view angle of the LCD screen, you will be eligible for a replacement unit. Please contact robert@lamptron.com to be put on the RMA list with your name, address, telephone #, PCB # from the back of the unit, and the specific model type and color.

Note: These new model FC5 controllers will be clearly identified on the box art work as "V2" with the "new and improved LCD".

Glad to hear it! I've been thinking about picking one up but have been scared away by the awful reviews of the LCD. As with 95% of PC users, my computer sits to the side of me and not at eye-level. I love it when a company recognizes a flaw and then corrects it, something that seems common sense but is not done too often.
