You want to get serious, don't you?![]()
Hey chew*, what's that? I thought you don't like running loose timings, what's up?![]()

I like that bench, it's just a bit buggy sometimes!
Interesting find, it's entirely different on Intel, I tested CL5 up to 685MHz ( 5:6 ) and CL4 up to 595MHz ( 1:1 ) with the latter being a lot faster, as it keeps latency down.
Did you check aGeoM's new DDR2 score? 33.9 ns latency, 10ns faster than comparable setups and he's telling me it's all because of the subtimings...![]()

Thanks, that's a great score, I already saw your new score, getting better by the day. So CL4 is not too bad after all?
Don't think I'll ever be able to get even close to 900 points with my setup, at least not on air, and I'll probably need another board for some serious testing as well.
Keep pushing it mate, and take down DDR1 now!
You'll need a lot more than 550MHz to match him!![]()
LOL....I haven't even got started and I feel defeated already
Great scores guysI'm not sure at this point that even running on phase will allow me to get into the top 5. I'll give it a try, got a trick up my sleeve for the DDR section(no not a cheat wise arses
), but the LN2 scores I think will keep me buried.

Just started on DDR class2nd place with tccd to start off with, saving the bh-5 for last.
Found 2 cpu's today seeing as my x2 3800 instadeathed at 3.3v............must have been do to all the 24/7 at 3 gig on phase for the majority of it's life.
Soon as it seen a speed over stock POOOOOOf.

Nice job my man
Welp, I used to be king of killing mem controllers during the early days of the A64I'm starting to get worried with my limited # of A64's here that I'll be tempted to run enough volts to pass you guys and lose all my abilities(aka CPU's) to bench

I've been reviewing runs I made in 2005 on the DFI board for reference.
I was running 3Dmark with a pair of OCZ sticks with HTT at 328Mhz and Memory at 268Mhz 1.5-2-2-5 1T at 3.6V. If I can get my overall CPU Mhz high enough I might stand a chance
Are you running your hard drive from the PCI/ATA adapter you have? Using that eliminated alot of OS hosing I used to go through.

Some nice scores were posted yesterday:
Linuxfan is pushing his GTX 480 to the limit in 03 with his 980X on LN2!
Yotomeczek tested a few P4s reaching more than 7GHz with both a Celeron 352 and a 356, setting a new team record as well!
Today Xtreme_Solid and justin.kerr posted some scores as well, pushing us to 13458 points!
Just a sidenote, team XtremeLabs.org is slowly but steadily sneaking up on us, we need to be careful to not get passed by them!
Please head over to the monthly HWBot OC Challenge as well to check out chew*'s and MrIcee's scores. The first is still on top with a 2 points lead while the latter entered top 5 with DDR and DDR3 results only. Well done guys!![]()
LN2 session with the 980x 3003A on LN2(CB@-92oC) and GTX 480 on H2O results posted.![]()
