    I was planning on testing a gulf on EX58 Extreme but not so sure now

    Well the Extreme has a similar PWM config to the UD4p and I 'd like to put more than 1.6v volt through it on cascade and LN2.

    Because MOSFETs can handle junction temps up to 150~170 Celsius before breakdown. What matters more than heatsinks is a properly implemented OCP circuit.

    by the way: i haven't used them without a heatsink. just removed the heatpipe to get that photo
