    /edit.
They never were. I got mine from Corsair almost 1 year ago. And they still are only available there. These are the cream and handtested - no mass ware.

kintaro, how about some figures in regards to Vdimm.
they don't mean much to us without knowing how much you are putting through them.

vdim max 1.92 mesured on board for those runs.
probably they scale more on aditional voltage but for the moment i'll keep like this.
    rams are runing on TEC.

    I have 6GB Corsair Dominator GT 2000MHz CL8, currently @ 1600MHz 6-6-5-18 with 1.65v. What's the lowest CL I can expect with these rams @ 1600MHz, while keeping vdimm at 1.65v?

6-6-5 is pretty much as low as they'll go

can try 6-6-4-15 or something in between but i doubt you will see any gain

I just installed a set of Extended fins for my GT's. The fins came packaged with cardboard touching the thermal pads so they stick to the cardboard and are pretty much ruined so I used the stock fins pads. Idle they are all around ~30c where the stickers are on the dimms and I haven't test load on them yet. It looks cooler but I would try anything to get rid of those noisy cooling fans.

Too bad they are $100 more than what I payed for them almost a year ago as more people should check out this ram.

You can do what I did. Buy two Scythe Mini Kaze 60mm fans to replace the original fans on the Corsair Dominator Airflow. They fit perfectly, work like a charm and, best of all, are silent as hell.

What kind of vtt is everyone using to run this kit it seems that mine is taking quite a bit 1.6v to run at stock speeds?

    1.325 - 1.35V (DMM, set is +150mV - +175mV, depends on cpu) doing 4GHz Uncore. 1.46V (DMM, set +275mV) for 4.2GHz Uncore...

Sorry 1.6v vtt DMM @ 4.2ghz seems awfully high and this kit won't budge higher than 1050mhz even with cpu at stock settings and relaxed timings. Looks like I may have gotten a FUBAR kit.

I would say it's the cpu as VTT depends mainly on cpu and board.
