No... there are more CPUs that are capable of 100% OC.

Prescott 2.4A
Celeron 300A of course...

a 100% overclock is exceedly rare those days, a handful of guys did that with their xp1700 DLT by pushing to 3GHz. old 600MHz durons at 1.2GHz is another example. I never saw a 2.4 prescott past 4GHz myself. Its the old cpus that have the best chance, seen quite a few 300a's at 600 with extreme cooling, saw a 500e pentium3 at almost 1GHz(wonder howd he get the fsb to near 200 with 1/4 pci) we might see 100% overclocks once the fx athlons go to 90nm, imagine a fx53 at 2.4GHz oced to 5GHz

Sorry to always be the one rebutting you GeForce4ti4200, but I'm sure Sanders would be thrilled if the Athlon64 would get to just where Intel is right now (3.4Ghz) on 90nm. As for 100% overclocks... hard to compare a Duron600/Celeron300a to something like a P3 500 at 1Ghz, where as previously mentioned the fsb would be 200, and the PCI at a ridiculous 50, and AGP at 100/133 (not sure which.. it's been a while since my 550@733 which I used to think was amazing overclock).

A P4 1.6 at over 3.2... that's incredible. You sir crotale, are an overlocking god.

Closest I can get to 100%: Intel 386DX 25Mhz at 40Mhz!!! Special L2 cache on the motherboard and slower timings.. don't remember the specifics... but it wasn't 100% stable. No heatsink back then.

On extreme cooling 1700+ and 1800+ are easy to get 100% out of unstable, and while rare, not exceedingly so to get stable 100%'s out of. By extreme I mean phase change, not Dry ice/LN. Dry ice/LN can probably get 150% o/c unstable out of 1700+'s. And yeah I was gonna say, 1400durons are probably gonna be todays 300a's.

There are mobile Bartons down to 1400 MHz but they are micro-PGA. My XP-M is a pretty good one, but I doubt that I can get it stable at 3,6 GHz with any cooling.
