there is a user from Austria in forumdeluxx.de with a nice offer: A Plexitop for the well known Heatkiller 3.0 CPU Waterblock.

Well, maybe he's just using those tops as reference and he has access to a CNC mill himself too, however, he still should have given Duniek credit for his work and pictures. I don't see his name mentioned anywhere in the OP.

Ah ok i get it, pics and idea belongs to duniek - maybe whuzabi wants to sell those tops for duniek in Germany and Austria ? I asked him in his thread @HwLuxx

so its on u. i can make a group order if everybody wants that it would be cheap ore u can buy it for ureself on duniek so u have to pay more than 25 bugs. theres no secret ore else just a cheap way to order

I'm not entirely sure, but I believe telling people there is something being sold is okay outside the FS section as long as no prices are discussed, right?

I'm not really sure myself guys but, to me, it does seem to slightly conflict with rule 4 in the "Forum Policies & Guidelines" post at the top of every board. XS management has also been a little touchy about ppl setting up group buys that weren't authorized by them in advance. I know your not actually doing the group buy through XS but it could be taken that way. . .from a certain point of view.
