OC noob got prescott 3.4Ghz to 4.0Ghz!

While running on stock cooling, I could only push the CPU as far as 3.7x Ghz while trying to sustain normal operating temps. Well, today my Mugen 2 arrived and while it was a bit of a pain to install, I got it all hooked up and I must say...it is a beautiful thing. CPU idle temps dropped from 60+*C at 3.7 Ghz to 32*C at 4.0Ghz. I'll be posting CPU-Z stuff later, but for now, I am rather proud of myself.

Right on man! 4.0 on one of those old furnaces is pretty impressive esp on air. And a noob to boot eh? Keep pushing it as we say around here.

yes, serp. A-data ram. It was a gift from TopherTony (my bro) and I don't plan on getting rid of it anytime soon. Anyway, thanks for checking out the page.
