Been using the new Windows AV with Win7. Seems to be doing a good job so far.

AVG. Been using it for years and it has done well. Has done a better job than McAfee (what a joke) or Norton in general in my experience. Can't complain for the price either.

Kapersky 2010 in my 24/7 rig and AVG Free on the spare rig , both work well but kapersky do a better Job.
Avira AntiVir and COMODO firewall + NAT hardware firewall.
For my part I know nothing with any certainty, but the sight of the stars makes me dream.

Microsoft security essentials (MSE) isn't as low profile as ESET or Avira, but doesn't matter if you have a fast system.
Best free would be Avira but MSE has antispy too.
On one rig I use MSE and the other Avira.
However I also use Spyware Doctor free starter edition to catch all those tracking cookies that aren't picked up by MSE.

I'm using Trend Micro antivirus, got it for free at work, so might as well use it.
I'm actually quite happy with it!
MS Security Essentials.
What firewall would you guys recommend? ^^ Also which Anti-Virus is the most low-profile and best to use for really slow systems such as Intel Atom based etc.?

No offense, but if you ever switch to a good AV like Kaspersky, it will find lots of malware, spyware, and viruses that AVG has been missing. I know quite a few people that made the switch from AVG to Kaspersky and were amazed at what they didn't realize AVG was allowing to get through.
