i'm using dice on 240mhz bclk

    230 for water....

i'm guessing...220bclk for most d0 stepping...bclk is cpu bound...my cpu is kinda good

everything was stock...only vcore and vtt was adjusted..first green is my setting..1.5 and +.3v

all others were set stock....bootup with defaults..take note what the system shows..like pll voltages..and use that...

    for ram..i use xmp profiles

i use multiplier x16 for uncore

Webwilli search EVGA forum for PSU compatibility and Classified mobo and where in that chart is your PSU. You will get the answer then.

i RMAed my revo and got a newer version.

    just tell enermax

"known incompatibility with evga classified x58"

and they will give you an RMA pretty quickly.

takes about 10 days to get your new psu.

i send a mail to enermax germany before i buy the classified.

they told me that the PSU incompatibility only exist in USA and no germany costumer have this problem.... i donīt belive this.
if i have this problem, i should flash the newest bios or send my PSU to enermax germany. they will check it.

    @fitseries3

the newer version works fine and without shutdown after every boot?

    check your serial number....

if its older than 95XXXXXX then you can get it RMAed for the new version.

    I have a quick question...

I have been playing around with the northbridge frequency and am having trouble breaking through the 4,000mhz barrier that I am encountering.

Would anyone have any advice on how I can push through it? (specifically voltages) I want to increase the efficiency on some scores I just submitted to hwbot.

Here is what I have in BIOS,

    Memory Feature: 1067Mhz / 2:8
    8-9-8-20

    Voltage Control without v.droop
    CPU VCore: 1.400
    CPU VTT Vcore: Auto
    IOH PLL Vcore: 1.800
    CPU PLL Vcore: 1.500
    QPI PLL Vcore: Auto
    DIMM Voltage: 1.74
    IOH Vcore: Auto
    IOH / ICH / I/O Voltage: 1.675
    ICH Vcore: 1.050
    VTT TWM Freq: 250khz
    CPU PWM Freq: 940Khz
    QPI Signal Comp. : Less

    CPU Features
    Turbo on
    HT off

    CPU Clock 20x
    CPU host 200
    MHC Auto
    CPU Uncore 3205 (x16)
    CPU Clock Skew 100ps
    SpreadSpectrum Disabled
    PCIE Freq. 105mhz

Currently Running E760S61A Bios, W3520, Watercooled, 6GB Redline Ascent XP3-12800.

I have been using the EVGA program to raise CPU Host to 231 (indicating 229 in CPUZ)

Here are a couple of pics from the runs...

No its not. I was hoping to nudge into the 4ghz range without a waterblock. There is just a fan on it pushing air through.

And why would that matter? Uncore is on the CPU

@[200]: For higher uncore (what CPU-Z reports as "NB speed") you need to raise Vdimm. Also, cold on the CPU helps with high uncore, most chips will top out between 4200 and 4400 on water but can do more on SS/Casacade/DICE/LN2

from what others are reporting on the evga thread about this issue i would say its the psu.

RMA it and see if it solves the problem.
