I'd say fine till 85. I wouldn't recommend more. Your call, though.

    Just got my I7 920 Batch #3910A379

    I am 24-Hour Prime Stable at 3.6Ghz (180x20) 1.25v

I am testing 3.78 (Turbo on) .. You will notice on the screen shot that CPU-Z reads 1.16 ? I have it set in the bios to 1.25v. Anyone have any tips on keeping the CPU Voltage Regulator cool? It looks to be getting a little high.

I am getting some G.Skill Trident (2000Mhz) on Monday so I will see what the CPU can handle then.

    My Setup is:
    Intel DX58SO Smackover (Newest Bios)
    Intel I7 920 D0 Stepping
    Thermalright Ultra-120 eXtremee 1366
    OCZ OCZP16006GK Rated for 7-7-7-20 DDR800 @ 1.7V | Running 7-7-7-24 720Mhz @ 1.58v
    Antec 900

    Thermalright Venemous-X
    I7 2600K
    P67-UD7
    G.SKILL PI 2 x 2GB 2133 (F3-17066CL7D-4GBPIS)
    2xHIS 6950
    Intel X-25M 160GB SSD
    3x640GB WD Black Raid 0
    2x1TB WD Green
    Seasonic 750w

my batch is close to yours 3910A264, I was able to get 4GHz 191x21 stable with 1.280v under load in CPU-Z, I can pass linx 50 passes full memory with 1.264v but OCCT CPU needed 1.280v to pass 6 hours

Running quite hot, even at low voltages. Testing it at 4.2 atm, seems to be running stable at 1.28vcore

Scooby's 3849 batch (close to yours, but not exact) is a MONSTER on air. Does 4.5Ghz. Overall it seems the vast majority of 3849B chips are excellent clockers.

24/7 overclock until I get a IFX-14 to keep temps down at higher vcore needed for 21x200. I've got 3600 uncore stable with 1.325 vvt and lower vdimm to 1.6. Just need to get a pic of it. Will happen tomorrow.

You batch is mighty close to mine.. I have a DX58SO and can do 3.78 at 1.23 Vcore prime stable for 24 hours.. I just got a Gigabyte UD5 to replace the DX58SO so I will see how that goes.. My batch is #3910A379, either the board is limiting my overclocks or these chips IMC's don't clock well.. I can boot into windows at 4Ghz but nothing is stable..

So I take it you haven't set it up yet? I just installed mine, typing this at stock speeds and voltages... gonna check and see if all is stable before I start tweakin

So what's the general analysis on the 3910 batches? I've got a 3910A301 920, but I'm waiting on RAM and a few video cards before I can test it.

Based on what some people have posted, they clock OKAY, but not as good as the 38XX, correct?

Swiftech Apogee GTZ waterblock and the MCR320 radiator as a cooling. The coolant is water+p5 nuke. It's 45minutes IBT stable and 8 hours pime95 small ffts stable. I don't run my system 24/7...
As for temps it is within 73C under prime when @4.0Ghz and 85C when @4.2ghz. Pics that prove 8+hours stable I will post another time.
