I think i have this right but could someone confirm what the 3.65V reading is. I'm inclined to believe that it's the +3.3V dual, as it shows similar. And if someone could point me to the +5V rail reading.
I have to resort soley to multimeter at the moment my h/w monitor/bios readings are way out only one thats about right is vcore.
Bios settings:
VCORE = 1.93V
CHIPSET = 1.6V
VDIMM = 2.8V (10K VR)
h/w monitor/bios readings (under load):
+12V = 11.67~12.10V
+3.3V = 3.25~3.34V
VDIMM = 2.99V~3.06V
VCORE 1.84~1.94V
The readings on the board (pic), are rock solid apart from the +12V and +3.3V(and thus vdimm) which drop under load.
3.44V drops to 3.36V (and vdimm to 3.10V)
12.40V drops 12.04V
The PSU is an unmodded Enermax EG465AX-VE-(G) 460W 35A(+5.0), 35A(+3.3V) and 33A(+12V).

, but like stevil said it doesnt refresh as much. So it may be fluctuating but the read point doesnt refresh quick enough.
that accounts for that. Not sure which one to belive tho 
bah thinking a DMM was something else LOL
