Well would you like to be the first volunteer?

And yeah, this is really lame of Asus.

And what's even lamer, I am seriously considering purchasing a Rampage II Gene for my upcoming MicroATX build because it's the only matx X58 board with 8-phase PWM.

Yes, I did. Their response was along the lines of we don't support overclocking. If you have a problem at stock settings, we will help...

And that was it. I did not follow up beyond that point.

Then what is OC profile all about! That just doesn't make sense.

Could there be any instance where one might want to disable 'turbo' for reasons other than overclocking?

I could reach 4.3Ghz (which got throttled under severe load to 4.1Ghz) on my Asus with Xeon w5320 on air. We will see how far DFI lets me go. I am hoping it to do the same and actually provide me 4.3Ghz performance. Anybody wants to do educated estimate how far it will go?
What's the S3 sleep issue? Can you elaborate please? I am still trying to decide as I'm reading about people having problems with the DFI board as well.

Edit: Well I chose the DFI T3EH8, but the guy I was going to get it from screwed me over and sold it to someone else.

So what board would you guys choose between the Asus P6T and DFI T3eH6? All I'm looking at getting is anything between 4000-4200 on Air Cooling with a D0 920 for 24/7 use.
