    Rad Fans Modded and Sleeved

Hey guys, I recently posted a thread showing my work on connecting my rad fans to one cable. Here was my first attempt:

After doing those three i learned alot of stuff. Simpler is easier. Instead of leaving all three connections to the fans i decided to keep what i needed which was 1 male molex, also i tried to use less heatshrink. So this is the Turnout, Let me know what you think:

Id be glad to answer any questions and if you have any feedback, please post it. Thanks for looking!

Very nice work. Were the more in depth pics and stuff in the other thread?

This is pretty simple, just keeping all the similar voltage wires connected together, right (red with red, yellow with yellow, ground with ground)?

Nice job, it's very neat with all the cords going to one molex.

Yes its very simple, I didnt log my work though just the end result lol. After connecting each wire i soldered them, heatshrunk with small heatshrink, sleeved both wires (red and black), then heatshrunk again. Heres a simple diagram of how i did it:

i had created my own verision long ago which was to have the fan conectors shorten

and then have a simply wire that have three 3 pin heads sticking out connecting to the three fans so if 1 breaks it easy to replace

Hopefully none of my fans break anytime soon. If they do i'll just have to redesign everything .... and maybe throw a fan controller in there

Very good work with the different Shrink sizes, even for just "blackening" the last parts of the 4-pin cables. That's the way to do it! Well done!
