is the fastest thing available (until Nehalem-EX comes along), and
it is waaaaaay out of my league )
I understand and the guy is like us all. Wants to post it all but hands are tied..
If this will make you feel better I've been after this board since I saw it shown at Computex last September and it arrived yesterday..LONG wait my friend but Monday is march 30 so not much longer to wait for benchmarks.
I want to see if I can grab the record in Cinebench 10..

movieman if you post more pics could you resize them a bit and another things I would want to change the heatsinks on the board to give it some flash but there is little to no room to work with once the equipement gets installed

I'd love one of these for a home server/multimedia/internet/work machine. Not that I need all that power, but hey, a little overhead is good!

I wish I could say that two 920s would be 660+ dollars canadian the board probably 800 canadian ram who knows 240 dollars for 2 3x2gb kits 1000w psu 240-280
plus a 4870x2 550 canadian its just too much money for something that a year from now would be worth 1/4 of the price

yes, but isn't that the way with all PC equipment?
Fastest way I've ever found to lose money is to buy state of the art BUT there's the thrill of the unknown, the fun of playing with the "latest and greatest" and last the male testosterone factor. We just need to have our toys or we're not happy campers!

3x295 can't work in SLi. He was thinking about 3 independent graphics cards or 6 independent GPUs.

Could you please do some F@H evaluations on it? You would need to use 8 copies Notfred's folding distro in VMware. Pretty please?

First I get it from Virginia now I get it from Austrailia..
Been working on it but lets say it is not going as planned and would take 4 paragraphs to list all the headaches..
    1) Lian Li V2000.. PITA to work with
    2) Board was never designed to take TRUE's..
    3) So I figure I'll go right to water.
Backplates over the cpu's permanently attached to board with attached threaded section that goes thru the board.
You think the screws that came with my waterblocks will fit? Nope..
That tiny threaded end of the TRUE's will thread into that section but thats it..
So heatsinks will thread but they don't fit and waterblocks will fit but they won't thread..
And they say "The Luck of the Irish"
    yea, all bad..
