    AMD Silicon at its finest

This is default settings in bios.

Quick test with AOD to see how high it can go.

I will have more info/results possibly tonight or definitely tommorow but right now I have to prep for some DI results that I promised with 720 BE.

Dang, whatever model that is, that's cool.

Just curious, is this just an idle stable or did you put any load on it? I'm curious how stable the system is at that speed with stock volts.

I honestly have not run any tests, It was a bad mount, I smeared paste off to the side of the IHS, being I'm low on ceramic I said screw it as I have about enough to do a DI run then remount one more time. Just be patient.

Sounddood is just a joker and despite the fact we have to be hostile from Intel fan boy attacks we should attack our own for having fun.

I hope that overclock is on stock volts, after all the 940's currently available are capable of 3.5-3.6 stock volts a little over 3.7 shouldn't be to difficult.

Thats true, but those stock volts look lower, and it starts at 2.4ghz vs 3!

Yes I pretty much figured that but in all due respect the other thread you know which one I referring to that was not the message conveyed not from my perspective and to be honest I just interpreted this a continuation of the other one.
