Rampage Formula does 590*8 on air.

I am a member of the another Hungarian overclock team called HUN eXtreme OC Team and this is my first bigger result. Hope you'll enjoy it. Please feel free to post a comment.
Today I received my 1 week old rampage formula. yeah it is used
After the first booting at stock clocks I started to raise the fsb.
my max fsb in bios was 593mhz.

I booted easily into windows at 575*8 and ran superpi 1m.
my time is really weak for this clock but I didn't tweak anything and that is my everyday use dirty vista

after these results I tried to reach max fsb with 8* multi and still safe voltages.

this is the top. I saw 595*8 at the same voltage but after the OS crashed I lost my valid....

vcore : 1.5625v set in bios
vpll: 1.6v real
vtt: 1.5v set in bios
vnb: 1.57v set in bios
vsb: 1.1v
vddr: 2.28v real

Rampage can do more . I can run 3d's at 590mhz on air , 615fsb spi1m & 600fsb pifast .

subaruwrc , try to tweak the gtl & fsb termination .With proper values you'll gain some more for sure .

few more little fsb and spi gives me error...
Im on the fsb 600 barier but when I tried to validate I saw the message: please upgrade to cpu-z 1.46+
but no problem I will give few more vcore and it will be sub 10 sec
this cpu is a monster. fsb 600*8 valid just frozen with only 1.52v vcore

Today's best OC ing.
It looks max fsb on 8* multi that can be validated maybe my half dead xp sp3 is not the best for stability....

my OCZ PC9200 reapers have a big wall at 1200mhz so I changed onto my another OCZ kit. this flex xlc pc9600 modules have quimonda IC's so they arent the best for me... but in single channel it was enough stable to reach fsb 604*7.

ambient room temp is about 26C now. closed windows keeps out 38c

Need a new mobo but with DDR3 just still too expensive but so close, kind seems like a waste...

Now i want to know, im using team xtreem ram.

When i played with a commando, the board reached 585 and got stuck there, not able to pass. then i popped in a friends Crucial and got 600fsb same settings. i want to know if it might be the same with this rampage? u and stelios got 600+ with both using OCZ ram.

can u try other ram and see if u can do the same fsb?

my teams can do 1333 so its not mem limited

Tomorrow I will test it with 2gigs of cas4 ballistix and a pair of oem micron d9gmh. today I played a little with 2*512 supertalent pc 8500 but I wasnt able to reach 7*600 with the same settings

Before the FSB test they did 626mhz everest bench and superpi 2m with 2.46v.
