    Can a Cosmos S fit a TRUE?

It's a big-ass case and all, but with the side panel I'm curious about clearance for heatsinks. The Cooler Master website says something about there being 145mm clearance between the mobo and side panel, so would a TRUE fit, or would it be 15mm too tall, and thus require either a smaller heatsink or removing the side fan?

not sure if the TRUE is taller then the tuniq but a tuniq fits if that helps. the Tuniq's dimensions on NewEgg are 131 x 108 x 153mm. It really close on my friends cosmos.

there has to be someone on here that has a TRUE in a Cosmos to be 100% sure.

It will not fit, at least not in the first revision of this case.

The tip of heatpipes will hit the fan cage. Tried both EVGA 780i and Gigabyte X48-DS4. If you remove the fan, then it will be fine.

I have that case and I can tell you NO .

heatpipes from TRUE 120 are damn too big . You can go for the ifx14 .

Gonna put back my xigmatek HDT 1284

Hmm looks like if I get a Cosmos S I'll have to start looking for a smaller heatsink (Probably a Tuniq or an Ultima-90). I imagine that the 220mm fan would probably be more useful than the fairly small edge a TRUE has over slightly smaller tower heatsinks.

I've seen someone fit it, but you need a motherboard with a close edge socket placement and the TRUE must be mounted horizontally. Even then the edge of the fins is being pushed down slightly.

Coolermaster are known to be working on a revision, apparently they have received shipments ready for consumers, no idea if CM intend on gradually replacing current stocks or release as a new revision.
Changes include lower side fan placement, others might be drive mounting tweaks, and hopefully something done about the power/reset switch.

sorry for mistake , i'd recommended ifx14 but did mean gemin II of course , ifx doesn't fit .

You may have good results as well with a 120 mm on panel side , I replace the 220 mm like that anc temps are very similar ( for cooling graphic card particularly )

    could'nt live without true 120 x and it performs better than my xigmatek . so far under prime ( 55° vs 67 !! ) at 4ghz .
